But
The evidence is overwhelming

The #RightTake is
If we don't win in 2024
This is the new normal
So that's what really matters

I understand that indictments are not convictions
But prosecutors can't just lie
The facts outlined in the indictment are a huge hurdle
Trump's best chance is a juror who nullifies the charges and hangs the jury

Of course this is selective prosecution
Of course we have to back Trump in the latest attack of this seven year witch hunt
But we also have to be realistic
If we don't win in 2024
We're screwed

I see a lot of people bringing up the fact POTUS can declassify documents pretty much at will
TRUE
And that was a great argument right up to Trump on tape saying he didn't do that

Please spare me lessons on classified protocols
I held a clearance my entire military career
