In ‘22, Republican @MissouriGOP Senator O’Laughlin teamed up w/Dem Senator Arthur to pass one of the most progressive left Ed Omnibus Bills in #moleg history since Democrat Governor Carnahan’s 1993 Outstanding Schools Act.

It forced mental health in High School PE class.

Now the State Board of Ed making up rules for the state law. Senators @cindyolaughlin2 & Dem @LaurenArthurMO let the State Board of Education filled with the medical lobby decide the guidelines for the mental health mandates in high school PE class. How nice of them! #moleg

At the Jan 10, 2023, State Board of Ed meeting, Board President Charlie Shields states two top priorities.

No 2 priority was pre-K Ed for daycare for employees of corporations.
