“Human Subjects”

Do not allow your student to take surveys.

They are using them for experiments & SLDS data collection on your student & for bogus research of the “The SEL Cycle.”

It’s illegal without informed parent consent & they have been doing it for long time. 1/ Image 2/ This is a grant from University of Missouri that gave Chromebooks to rural schools in trade for collecting data on the students. #moleg Image

The testing is the problem. All the assessments are a problem.

ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) forces the state to administer a statewide test. If a state takes federal money it has to adhere to the federal mandates.

What if #moleg didn’t take Federal
Money for Education? ImageImage Most States like Missouri have a specific amount mandated to spend on public Ed in their State Constitution. This is amount does not include Federal Revenue, State only.

Missouri Constitution mandates 25% of the State General Rev go to public Ed.

How much $$ is that? #moleg Image
