3. Rearrange order of scenes to start at different points
One thing we've started to do is to play with video length & speed to maximise average watch time and hold rate:

4. Shorten video by removing clips
5. Speed up the video by 10-20%

Tip: Look at where people are dropping off and eliminate / make changes to the 2-3 seconds before
