Airdrop hunting is about to change.

It turns out there are bots for automatic farming of airdrops for different projects.

I did some research and this is what I came up with

In this thread, you will know:

Chapter 1. Let's meet @farmerfrens, which is a platform to automate airdrop farming.

Developers made a telegram bot that performs transactions on zkSync, LayerZero, Linea instead of you for a service fee.

Let's see how it works:

1. Start the interaction.

• Jump to the chat with Bot-Farmer: t.me/farmer_friends… & start the conversation.

2. Create wallets:

• Click on "Wallets" -> "Create wallets" & Enter the number of wallets to create.

Take a note that a "Main Wallet" is also created, which is then used for all payments and fees covering.

As I found out from the devs, private keys are created using AES-CBC encryption.

This means that only user has access to them in his part of the dialogue with the bot.

The devs of the bot have no way to access these keys, which solves the security questions of such bot.

3. Payment.

• Send .1 ETH for each Farm wallet to the Main wallet and $FRENS tokens to pay for the bot services.

• To get the whole session, you need to fund the Main wallet with $5 in $FRENS token.

For a farming wallet, it should take about 2-3 session to get enough transactions to be eligible for the drop.

After payment is received, the script sends funds to the CEX and runs it through mixers so that there are no intersections between Farm Wallets.

4. Start the farm.

• Go back to the original menu & Click on "Airdrop Farms" button.

• Select the project & Click on "Start farming" button.

The script will randomly select the date when the airdrop farming will start and perform swap, add/remove liquidity and deposit/withdraw on dApps.

While drop is being farmed, You can go get some coffee & touch the grass.

Chapter 2. Is it the end for manual farming?

For the laziest and most inflexible, Yes.

The market is developing. If you are not ready to grow, you will be replaced.

It is no longer possible to receive $4k+ airdrops for a single transaction.

The more people try to get them, the harder it gets for every single user.

You may need to make more transactions for longer period of time with bigger volume.

Or you just need to join the Discord Server like it was with Sui xD

The main thing is to be firm in your goal.

You can’t be an airdrop hunter today, a blockchain developer tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow an NFT degen.

Chapter 3. Comparison.

I did a little analysis on the issue of different ways of farming airdrops.

It turned out, if you're not full time in Web3, it could make sense for you to use Automate Farming or spend some time and master ZennoPoster to make side profit.
