Yesterday's dull testimony by Garland Favorito was summed up well by @LorenCollins. His testimony was useless to #EastmanTrial. If you watch 4 hours of Lindell Report, where Favorito is a common guest, it's all the same unverified & debunked trash.

Once again, Randall Miller, Eastman's lawyer, continues leading (helping Favorito answer questions by suggesting the answer). Judge Yvette Roland has been more than fair, but she's annoyed and Miller can be sanctioned if he doesn't knock it off. #EastmanTrial

2:45pm EDT. Miller is still leading, Carling from CA Bar is still objecting & Judge Roland is still sustaining the objections. Favorito is still testifying about things he has no direct knowledge of, Carling objects on foundation & Roland sustains. Ridiculous. 🎨 #EastmanTrial

Judge Roland just admonished the parties & all others that while the stream is required to be recorded & can be watched for personal use, it is not to be streamed. @rumblevideo has been hosting streams by War Room & others. Please encourage them to stop or the stream will stop.

6:25pm EDT: Duncan Carling from #CABar is still objecting (incl. "move to strike") & Judge Roland is still sustaining. She isn't buying #GarlandFavorito's 40-year-old experience. Favorito is a "percipient witness", not expert. His testimony must be direct knowledge. #EastmanTrial

7:05pm EDT: AT LAST! Randall Miller says he's finished the direct exam of Garland Favorito. Cross will be epic. 10 minute break until 7:25pm EDT. Miller put them way behind (again). On purpose? Carling needs 90 mins-2 hours at least for cross, Garland was TWO DAYS. #EastmanTrial

They're going to continue until around 8:15pm EDT and then Garland Favorito will be back tomorrow morning. Carling begins with the VoterGA report. He's starting with Paragraph 35 which is about deceased voters. Here we go. #EastmanTrial

NOW Garland Favorito is arguing that he's not an expert witness and "I'm not qualified". The judge isn't enjoying watching Garland playing games. He testified that everything in his report was accurate...but Geels' report doesn't reflect what Favorito wrote about deceased voters.

Judge: "For almost 2 days, you've given answers based on your understanding. The question is about the number of dead people... is the matching format Carling pointed out more reliable?" GF: "I'm not qualified..." Miller is trying to rush in. This is just the 1st Q! #EastmanTrial

Judge challenges Favorito over his claim that "at least 873 people received credit for voting..although they had died". She asks Garland which format is accurate. He can't answer. Carling asks about matching Geels report is using & that GA has data. GF acknowledges "discrepancy".

Favorito now "can't recall" where the 873 number came from. Carling asks, since GF says all data is transparent, how can people track that 873 number? GF admits they can't. He's already crumbling. #EastmanTrial

Carling is asking if GF reviewed any critical reports of Geels' report. He recalls the Declaration of Charles Stewart III, but wanted to see it to confirm. He asks GF if anything from Prof Stewart's Declaration made him question Gilles. Suddenly, GF remembers a specific on p20.

Favorito found that Stewart was "not credible". Carling goes back to paragraph 19 of VoterGA's report. He's asking where he got the 3.47% and .34% numbers. Favorito says they were NOT from the Geels report.

Carling refers Garland Favorito to Page 36 of Geels report which has the same numbers. Now GF admits that his report should have said "rejection rate" not "signature rejection rate". Geels table shows it was ALL rejections. GF's numbers were wrong for 2018 & 2020. #EastmanTrial

That admission blows away paragraph 20 as well. Carling asks Favorito if he's aware that GA said the rejection rate was about the same in 2018 and 2020. Favorito doesn't agree or believe it. Carling will do one more before break. #EastmanTrial

Carling goes to paragraph 33 of the VoterGA report about underage voters. GF is asked where the data is from & did he calculate it. He says Geels. He asks GF if Geels has updated him with different info. GF says he talked to Geels once in 2023 but not about this. #EastmanTrial

Geels originally said 66,247 underage people who registered to vote, then 2,047. GF says he thinks it was a typo with "voters with false registration dates". GF now shown an exhibit saying 2,160 vs 2,047 from GA. It changed after talking with Brian Hill from SoS. GF flops around.

And wow, that's a wrap! 🥳 Compared to the lethargic pace of Miller, the cross is moving fast. The point to get across is that the CA Bar, as expected, is showing Garland Favorito's data is full of errors & debunked nonsense. GF probably unhappy he's back tomorrow! #EastmanTrial
