Miller is ridiculous on the last day of #EastmanTrial testimony. Dragging out irrelevant "reading material" of Eastman's. A few days ago, Judge Roland said time wasting will reduce Closing Arguments time 11/3. This is NOT CA Bar's fault. This should come out of EASTMAN'S time.

JE says it was "hotly debated" in 1857, VP resolves disputes since Congress didn't have a role. If Congress did & split, how would they resolve it? How was the debate resolved? They tabled it and moved on.
