Opinion: When you depend on grifting liars like Joe Oltmann, Russ Ramstead, John Droz, Stan Young, Ray Blehar, Garland Favorito & unqualified people with no relevant experience in the election subject area, you lose. John Eastman looks foolish for depending on them. #EastmanTrial
#EastmanTrial 3:35PM EDT: Back on the record. There's about 10 minutes before Bo Dul arrives to provide rebuttal/aggravation testimony. In the meantime, they are discussing exhibits being admitted or withdrawn. Whoa, Miller wants more days! ๐
Scheduling: Miller thinks he needs more than today. Judge does not want more days, it's the 33rd day. Randy Miller: We need Eastman sur-rebuttal testimony on Grimmer. (Judge: Court hasn't approved, nor was there a request). He wants sur-rebuttal on Grimmer. "Unfair disadvantage".

#EastmanTrial Bo Dul: This was in frustration for election officials around Arizona due to the misinformation around the 2020 election. Our office received daily harassing messages, social media, phone calls. Had to route calls due to volume of harassing calls.
#EastmanTrial Bo Dul: Staff had to work remotely for safety. Home address & phone number doxed with photos of me & my house. Advised to install security. Police had to increase patrols. Changed parking places because not safe. Those were some of the harms. Significant turnover.

Misinformation & disinformation was reducing confidence & trust from voters. That reduces confidence in our democracy.

Like ballots were sent out early (military ballots are sent out early, not unusual). 400K &700K sent vs. ballots received. One was conflation from primary with general, other was misunderstanding or misrepresentation of data. Individual was only looking at mail-in total...

Opinion: Repercussions officials face are tangible & severe, with threats, harassment & risks to safety, all stemming from disinformation & misinformation propagated by John Eastman & #ElectionDenier con artists, impostors & deceivers. The actions of Eastman & his associates, who manipulate individuals with limited information and a lack of civic awareness, are reprehensible.
