🚨Important! Haaretz definitively debunks iconic horror stories from Oct 7:
40 beheaded babies
Baby burned in oven
A pregnant woman's stomach opened & her fetus removed
Children bound together & burned

2\ The report is in Hebrew for now (English version will follow soon). It maintains that other atrocities were committed on Oct 7, but thoroughly debunks the stories of beheaded babies, a disemboweled pregnant woman, children burned together, baby in oven!

3\ Here Netanyahu told Biden "They took dozens of children, tied them up, burned them and executed them". Biden fell for it instantly.

Haaretz now says this claim "does not exactly correspond to the picture of reality"!

4\ A ZAKA commander, Yossi Landau, claimed he saw 20 mutilated, executed & burned bodies of children piled on top of each other In Be'eri. He later claimed it was in Kfar Aza.

Haaretz says only 3 kids were killed in all of Kfar Aza & 9 in all of Be'eri & not all together!

5\ ZAKA commander, Yossi Landau, also claimed he saw a pregnant woman in House 426 in Be'eri with her stomach cut open & her fetus still attached to it but stabbed.

Haaretz says that whole neighbourhood is inhibited by pensioners & no one recalled any pregnant women there!

6\ Israelis circulated a fake video to claim it showed a pregnant woman being disembowelled by Hamas & her fetus killed. But Haaretz cites FakeReporter's conclusion that the video is from another country.

7\ Eli Beer, head of Ihud Hatzalah, repeated the "pregnant woman" canard & said "[Hamas] put a baby in an oven & turned on the oven".

Dailymail fell for it.

Haaretz now says this is false! "The police have no evidence of a body that answers these signs"!

8\ Sarah Netanyahu sent a letter to Jill Biden about a pregnant hostage that gave birth in Gaza.

Haaretz says this is false. The hostage in question, Natwari Mulkan, was released last week & was definitely not pregnant!

🚨Spoke with 5 people in different parts of South & North Gaza:

7 days of ceasefire didn’t change much

Zero electricity
Shops totally empty
Immense difficulty to get even brackish water
Hours-long queues just to get bread or plain rice
Rubble everywhere
Full societal collapse

2\ People are hyper stressed, angry & on edge all the time. Fights break every few meters

Civil order is collapsing

Prices are skyrocketing & that’s an extreme understatement (e.g. a kilo of plain salt $4. It used to be $0.25), & that’s IF you even find anything to buy!

3\ Everyone I talked to had their homes bombed by Israel for NO REASON! Also their families homes.

50-60 people overcrowding in small apartments

UN school shelters are appalling & unliveable

Tents keep leaking rain water & don’t protect against the cold at night

ISRAEL BROKE BOTH ARMS OF THIS CHILD IN PRISON

Then left him 8 days without medical treatment

Mohammed Nazal says they kept beating them daily until 1 died. They starved them to near death with a plate of plain rice for 10 people. They were freezing with no heating or blankets.

2\ Mohammed's broken right arm was wrapped only yesterday by the Red Cross when Israel released him. His left arm is fractured & was wrapped at home.

He says his back is bruised heavily. They beat him on his head, back & arms for no reason, & beat him moments before his release!

3\ Mohammed says he was put in the Negev prison with elderly Palestinian detainees who were also beaten to a pulp by Israel

Faces were covered in blood, one prisoner suffered memory loss after head trauma, 1 died

10 people were sharing 5 mattresses on the freezing cold floor..

More footage emerges from Gaza amid the temporary truce showcasing how Israel has been methodically wiping out as much of the besieged enclave as possible.

There's a reason the Biden admin were worried people would demand a ceasefire when they get to see these clips! Quick🧵...

2\ Al-Nada residential towers, Northern Gaza. All wiped out.

Notice how they were bombed from the top, not the bottom. Which signifies no targeted Hamas infrastructure underneath.

These civilian towers themselves were the target!

3\ Al-Zahra residential towers, to the south of Gaza city: all wiped out by Israel.

I had many cousins & friends who used to live here, every single one of them lost their homes.

There are 5-star hotels in Burundi, the World's Poorest Country

Gaza has what it takes to thrive IF Israel's occupation & siege end!

2\ Like Yemen & Burundi👇Gaza has some really beautiful sites; a few hotels, restaurants, small shopping malls...

There is a small & ever decreasing middle-class able to enjoy them

But the majority of Gaza's population can't afford it b/c Israel's blockade destroyed the economy

3\ Yemen's notorious humanitarian crisis isn't an inherent feature of the country, but it's a result of a decade-long war (this👇is also Yemen)

Similarly, Gaza's crisis is NOT humanitarian & inherent, but it's political & manmade: 17-year-long blockade & 56-year-long occupation.
