IMPORTANT—Media & the public are encouraged to attend one of the most significant legal cases in the world right now:

Pfizer vs. We The People

May 1, 2024 @ 2pm CST in Beaumont, TX oral arguments will take place between Pfizer, DOJ & Pfizer Whistleblower @IamBrookJackson

1/🧵 Image
Why is this case so important?

This case has the potential to undo the liability immunity that’s protecting Pfizer from being sued by those injured by their products.

2/🧵
Here’s a timeline of what happened after Brook Jackson blew the whistle

3/🧵 Image
It’s worth noting that in 2020/2021 @IamBrookJackson thought the fraud was specific to Pfizer, so she opted to get Moderna’s C•19 shot. However, but she later learned that the same type of fraud that occurred in Pfizer’s trials also occurred in Moderna’s clinical trials.

4/🧵 Image
The British Medical Journal hired Award-winning investigative journalist @thackerpd to investigate the fraud Brook Jackson witnessed while overseeing multiple Pfizer clinical trial sites.

The BMJ report confirmed the whistleblower’s claims.

5/🧵

Whistleblower Brook Jackson has two of the best attorneys in the country representing her: Robert Barnes @barnes_law & Warner Mendenhall @MendenhallFirm are currently working pro-bono against the Pfizer’s attorneys backed by the billion dollar corporation.

6/🧵
Warner Mendenhall
Robert Barnes
On the opposing side: Pfizer’s Lead Attorney from DLA Piper, Carlton Wessel, & DOJ Trial Attorney, Erin Colleran (Ironically Colleran was in charge of overseeing regulations at the FDA at the time the fraud occurred in Pfizer’s clinical trial & failed to investigate it.

So why is the DOJ on the opposing side? After on-going litigation over the last 3 years the DOJ just now opted to weigh in & is now trying to get the case dismissed.

Could it be that discovery will show that the FDA was culpable in ignoring fraud? 8/🧵

On May 1, 2024 @ 2pm Oral Arguments on why the case should move forward to discovery or be dismissed will take place.

If the courtroom is packed with media & people—it will show the world is watching and hopefully continue to move toward a trial.

If you can come, please do. Image

The Divided State of Google🧵

Today I tested Google’s Gemini AI for political bias.

I asked it to share facts and or write a poem about Congress Members, State AG’s, Governors, as well as a set of well-known twin political commentators.

These are the results.

Gemini Prompt: “Using less than 50 words, share 3 facts about: @TishJames | @KenPaxtonTX

NY AG Letitia James:
1) 1st woman of color to be NY AG
2) Leads investigations into Trump
3) Her areas of focus…

TX AG Ken Paxton:

Google’s Gemini AI isn’t just bias, it’s broken. Its responses are extremely offensive & arguably slanderous at times.

Today, I tested it using it the exact same prompt each time, only changing names & these were the results.

Let me know which one shocks you the most.

1 of 🧵 Image
Gemini Prompt: Write me a 20-word poem in the style of: @real_chrisrufo vs. Claudine Gay

Rufo: Who’s one of the journalists that helped expose the plagiarism scandal that led to Harvard’s President resignation was “too controversial.”

Gay: No controversies mentioned

Gemini Prompt: “Write me a 20-word poem in the style of: @rustyrockets vs. @Timcast

Shockingly it wrote a poem for Russel Brand—but not Tim Pool.

These were both very surprising compared to the other outcomes in this thread.

EXCLUSIVE BOMBSHELL: Newly uncovered #TwitterFiles email reveals one of the CIA agents feat. on the @NYPost cover for signing the laptop letter was also in charge of Policy enforcement at Twitter & appears to have kept their job a secret from Congress & the public until now…🧵 Image
2) When the New York Post featured the faces of “the spies who lied” on its Cover back in March 2022, one agent named Nada Bakos, immediately went covert and hid her LinkedIn profile in hopes of hiding the fact that she worked at Twitter and set her Twitter account to private. Image
3) Who is Nada Bakos? Former CIA Agent known for her work targeting terrorists post 9/11, in which she worked under Obama Appt Fmr. CIA Deputy Dir. Mike Morrell—the author of the now infamous letter signed by dozens of former IC officials calling the Biden laptop Russian disinfo.

1. The strange story about a President of a Civil Rights group who sought help from Twitter to censor the reporting of journalist @JamesOKeefeIII.
2. Disclaimer: I have never covered election stories—only stories about free speech & human rights.

This story is about Freedom of the Press & people who lobbied Twitter to censor a journalist & citizens who commented on a story that was unfavorable for their political party.
3. It’s also worth noting that @JamesOKeefeIII, the journalist at the center of this story, is currently being represented by the @ACLU for a separate instance regarding the infringement of his rights as journalist. Image

1) Only those who hold an Anti-American extreme ideology will fail to see the humanity and injustice of his story.

His name is John. This picture of him & his younger siblings was sent to me by John’s mother when I was trying to learn about who he was, before his life changed.
2) In a time where the media champions the idea of censorship & normalizes the idea of political prisoners— counter narratives are needed more than ever.

So I’m going to try my best to explain to the best of my knowledge what happened to John and why it matters to us all.
3) The first amendment is the most important right of all—for both the right, the left and every American in between.

Here is what is says for everyone who needs a reminder:
