But that is an outright lie. It is not “broken”; it has been ignored.

IMMIGRATION LAW, AS ESTABLISHED BY CONGRESS, IS ALIVE AND WELL. —ENFORCEMENT IS MISSING.

All that the USA has to do is follow the law. Enforce the Law as passed by Congress.

And in the case of Asylum requests, follow both US and International law, that limits asylum to a narrow definition - those fleeing persecution for religious, ethnic, racial, l or political reasons.
