FCC first just says, "yup, people gonna love this shit." So yeah, being able to use your phone in an emergency is in the public interest

Corrupt lobbyists had been relentless at lying to scare investors that $ASTS was not compliant with orbital debris measures. This is patently false.

FUDers had also said $ASTS would lose its place in line b/c of amendments. The FCC says, "let's be commercial and think constructively." God I love America. We are so un-Soviet sometimes...feels good
