Some are saying the family said she died in an accident, but every source that refers to mechanism, that I've seen, does so obliquely using the term "injury," not "accident." True accidental deaths are typically reported as such immediately as accidents to avoid this kind of speculation. I suspect they're waiting for either a tox screen result or the injuries were known to be self inflicted or otherwise embarrassing for the family.

Near the end of her life, she was also experiencing significant sexual dysfunction, which can be a symptom of a mental health emergency. It also could be the logical end result of 4 years of working in pornography and becoming wealthy and famous for an act which disgusts you.
In her last Tiktok, she stated her trans masculine gender was a performance based on what she thought others would accept and who she wanted to be. It was not always authentic or truthful. Did backlash from the trans community over this video contribute to her "injury?"
