In support of executive order, Protecting the American People Against Invasion, @DHSgov requires all aliens to register with USCIS. Failure to comply will result in criminal and civil penalties, up to and including prosecution and fines.

All aliens 14 years of age or older (with limited exceptions) who were not fingerprinted or registered when applying for a U.S. visa and who remain in the U.S. for 30 days or longer, must apply for registration and fingerprinting.
Parents and guardians must ensure that their children below the age of 14 are registered. Within 30 days of reaching his or her 14th birthday, the previously registered alien child must apply for re-registration and to be fingerprinted.
Once an alien has registered and appeared for fingerprinting (unless waived), @DHSgov will issue evidence of registration, which aliens over the age of 18 must carry and keep in their possession at all times.

USCIS is dedicated to attempting to use all available employment-based immigrant visas. We are working to identify adjustment of status applications with available immigrant visas that lack a valid Form I-693 (immigration medical examination form).
If your application lacks a valid Form I-693 we will contact you by mail and may follow-up with an email, text message, or phone call and request that you submit a Form I-693.
Noncitizens with pending adjustment of status applications can help. If you know that your application lacks a valid Form I-693 and you have an available immigrant visa and an approved underlying petition, we strongly encourage you to consider obtaining a Form I-693 now.
This #AAPIHM & #MilitaryAppreciation month we recognize Frank Arceo, an immigration service officer at our Las Vegas field office. Frank knows his Pacific Island values and family’s history of military service has contributed to his career.
“My parents and grandparents instilled all the values that come with the Filipino, Hawaiian, Chamorro, Samoan cultures in me including respect (especially for elders), humility, service to others & our country, spirit of aloha, hard work & to protect our loved ones," said Frank
Frank says he brings these values to USCIS to serve others and protect our nation. "I am an Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) vet, my son is in the military, my dad served in the Gulf War and my grandpas served in WW2 and the Korean wars."
