In support of executive order, Protecting the American People Against Invasion, @DHSgov requires all aliens to register with USCIS. Failure to comply will result in criminal and civil penalties, up to and including prosecution and fines.

We are working to identify adjustment of status applications with available immigrant visas that lack a valid Form I-693 (immigration medical examination form). If your application lacks a valid Form I-693 we will contact you by mail and may follow-up with an email, text message, or phone call and request that you submit a Form I-693.
