USCIS is dedicated to attempting to use all available employment-based immigrant visas. We are working to identify adjustment of status applications with available immigrant visas that lack a valid Form I-693 (immigration medical examination form). If your application lacks a valid Form I-693 we will contact you by mail and may follow-up with an email, text message, or phone call and request that you submit a Form I-693.
