The most dangerous, life-wrecking, yet ignored condition today:

THYROID DYSFUNCTION

It's why you wake up tired, can't lose weight, and feel foggy 24/7—despite doing everything “right”.

Here is a 7-step plan to fix your thyroid health (before it's too late): 🧵
1/ Watch The Symptoms

From my experience, the most common symptoms of thyroid dysfunction are:

• Fatigue
• Dry skin
• Hair loss
• Brain fog
• Constipation
• Slow digestion
• Cold hands & feet

But there’s a problem… Image
Most people miss the signs, or assume they’re just a part of “getting older”.

And it gets worse:

Most doctors only check TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone), which is not enough. You can have a “normal” TSH, and yet dysfunctional thyroid.

Here’s what you must do:
2/ Get A Proper Test

This must include:

• TSH – Should be very low (<1.0)
• Free T3 & T4 – Active thyroid hormones
• Total T3 & T4 – Shows real thyroid output
• Reverse T3 – Blocks metabolism when high
• TPO & TG Antibodies – Detect autoimmunity

Once you have the results: Image
3/ Interpret The Results

Most common dysfunctions are:

• Hashimoto's (autoimmune disease, underactive thyroid)
• Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid ⇒ too little T3 & T4)
• Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid ⇒ too much T3 & T4)

That's why we test T3 & T4, not just TSH. Image
Now that you know:

1) Whether you have a thyroid problem or not
2) Whether your thyroid is overactivated or underactivated

It’s time to start the healing.

More often than not, thyroid problems are just symptoms of deeper issues—most common of them being chronic stress… Image
Image
4/ Escape The Chronic Stress Cycle

When you’re caught in a stress loop:

• Cortisol blocks T4 → T3 conversion
• You run on adrenaline instead of real energy
• Your metabolism and thyroid function slow down

This results in chronic fatigue and brain fog.

But it gets worse… Image
Chronic stress leads to immune dysregulation.

This can trigger or worsen autoimmune thyroid diseases like Hashimoto’s or Graves’.

As a result, your immune system gets even weaker, your body gets even more stressed—and the cycle continues.

How do you break free? Image
You must fix the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Unless you remove chronic stress, your thyroid problems will keep coming back, over and over again.

5/ After you've fixed the root cause, upgrade your lifestyle.

Modern world is filled with chemicals and heavy metals, disrupting your thyroid health. Remove toxic:

• Plastics
• Tap Water
• Processed Foods
• Skin Care Products

And switch to natural products.

What's next?
6/ Heal Your Gut

Most people underestimate the thyroid-gut connection.

Watch out for:

• Leaky gut
• Inflammation
• Nutrient deficiency
• Unhealthy microbiome

How do you optimize your gut for thyroid health?
The best diet I found for thyroid comes from Dr. Ray Peat:

• Zero PUFAs (seed oils, nuts, soy)
• Saturated fats (coconut oil, butter)
• Animal protein (beef, non-PUFA seafood)
• Natural carbohydrates (fruit, honey, maple syrup)

And final step: Image
7/ Build Long-Term Immunity

Start with the fundamentals:

• Sleep (immune & hormonal system reset)
• Sunlight (activate circadian rhythm & vitamin D)
• Movement (stimulate lymph & gain more energy)

This isn’t about ‘hacks’.

It’s about creating permanent changes that stick.
To optimize your thyroid health:

FIX ROOT CAUSE
1) Watch The Symptoms
2) Get Proper Test
3) Interpret The Results
4) Escape The Chronic Stress Cycle

UPGRADE YOUR LIFESTYLE
5) Remove Toxins
6) Heal Your Gut
7) Build Long-Term Immunity

Zebras don’t get ulcers.
Zebras don't get strokes.
Zebras don’t get cancer.

Despite facing death daily, wild animals recover from stress instantly.

Humans? We worry for years and get chronic disease.

Here’s why stress is destroying your health—and how to break free: Image
When stressed, your body releases hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) which help:

• Convert glycogen to glucose (blood sugar)
• Accelerate heart rate and oxygen intake
• Increase alertness and focus

This gives you more energy, sharper reactions, and more muscle strength. Image
Realize this:

Your body’s stress response isn’t the enemy — it evolved to help you survive.

Get stressed → Enter “fight or flight” mode → Get extra energy → Get out of danger → Relax.

At least that’s how it’s supposed to be… Image

Andrew Huberman just dropped a 2-hour masterclass on cortisol—your body's stress hormone.

He said high cortisol leads to burnout, faster aging, weight gain, memory loss, heart disease and Alzheimer's.

Here's a 7-step protocol to fix your cortisol levels (backed by science): Image
Image
[Step 1] Understand How Cortisol Works

Cortisol isn't "bad"—your brain and body need it to gain energy. The problem is when you release too much cortisol, at the wrong time.
[Step 2] Learn The Cortisol Rhythm

Your cortisol will naturally rise and fall during the day. You want to adapt to this biological rhythm—work with your body, not against it.

Doctors warn about smoking, sugar, and bad genes. But the real killer?

Chronic stress.

It’s silently rewiring your brain, wrecking your body, and cutting years off your life.

Here are 9 ways stress is killing you—and how to make it work for you instead: 🧵 Image

Most people think stress is just "feeling overwhelmed."

But stress isn’t just mental.

It physically rewires your brain and body—triggering disease, chronic fatigue, and even premature death.

Here’s how…
Your body is built for survival.

In an emergency, stress shuts down non-essential functions: digestion, reproduction, and deep thinking.

But when stress is chronic, your system gets stuck in survival mode.

And then? Everything starts breaking down…

Chronic stress isn’t in your head.

It’s not genetic, either.

It’s a full-body glitch—your nervous system is stuck in a 200,000-year-old survival trap.

Until you rewire it, you’ll stay stuck in fatigue, brain fog, and silent burnout.

Here’s how to break the loop: 🧵 Image
Most people miss the early signs.

Tension in your chest. Racing thoughts. Trouble focusing.

Digestive issues. Hair thinning. Waking up tired even after 8 hours.

You assume it’s just aging or part of life.

It’s not. And it only gets worse...
Stress isn't just emotional—it's biological.

When stress becomes chronic, your body enters survival mode.
Everything non-essential—digestion, hormones, healing—shuts down.

Think of it like a school fire alarm: teaching stops. class halts.

And when that alarm never turns off? Image

Psychologist Kelly McGonigal made a radical discovery about stress.

After years of calling it toxic, she realized stress wasn’t the killer—our belief about it was.

It flipped everything we knew about stress, aging, & health.

Here's how to make stress your superpower: 🧵 Image
For over a decade, Kelly McGonigal told people that stress was dangerous.

She warned it increased the risk of heart disease, weakened immunity, and even shortened life.

But then she discovered something that flipped her worldview upside down.
A massive study tracked 30,000 adults in the U.S. for 8 years.

Researchers asked 2 questions:

How much stress did you experience last year?

Do you believe stress is harmful?

Then they checked public death records.

The most ignored, oddly glorified, yet life-wrecking condition today:

Chronic Stress.

It’s why you can’t lose weight, can’t sleep, and feel wired but exhausted every day.

Here’s how to retrain your nervous system—and turn stress into a superpower: 🧵 Image

Most people think they’re just tired.

But they’re trapped in a survival loop—one that hijacks your body, clouds your brain, and quietly sabotages your relationships and peace of mind.

And it won’t stop…

Until you break the cycle.
When life feels unsafe—emotionally, physically, financially—your body shifts into survival mode.

• Digestion shuts down
• Hormones crash
• Healing pauses
• Focus narrows
• Energy disappears

The alarm is blaring 24/7. Image
