Within the FMIC is the Election Threats Executive (ETE), "which serves as the IC’s coordinating and integrating authority on all election security activities, initiatives, and programs. In this role, FMIC leads the IC’s efforts to identify and assess foreign malign influence and interference in U.S. elections."

@DNIGabbard In August of 2025, DNI Gabbard announced the launch of ODNI 2.0., a restructuring of the ODNI that cut some 500 jobs and aimed to increase efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
The FMIC was selected for dissolution.
3/n
@DNIGabbard The FMIC was fingered as responsible, at least partially, for the falsehood that Putin "aspired" to help Trump win the 2016 election.
The FMIC had either created or been subverted by weaponized intelligence.
4/n
@DNIGabbard The ODNI 2.0 fact sheet had more to say on the FMIC culpability in the 2016 election, the 2017 ICA, censorship, and the corruption of its functions.
5/n
@DNIGabbard So, it is very curious that Gabbard appears on-site at any FBI operation, but much more curious that it is one of this nature.
The search warrant specifically cites violations of Title 52, United States Code, §§ 20701 and 20511.

I have an errand to run but will return to this thread later.
In the meantime, it's worth considerately pondering what sort of thing, what sort of intelligence, would draw the personal oversight and the presence of the Director of National Intelligence to an FBI search warrant operation in Fulton County, Georgia.
8/n
@DNIGabbard Oh, and while the FMIC may have been dissolved or selected to be dissolved, I haven’t come across anything stating that the ETE would be…

@DNIGabbard Also on scene for the execution of the search warrant was FBI Deputy Director @andrewbailey , the former attorney general of the state of Missouri.
@DNIGabbard @AndrewBailey In December, DOJ sued four states and one county for "failure to produce their statewide voter registration lists upon request."
In total, DOJ has filed lawsuits against 18 states and one county for withholding voter data.
That one county is Fulton County.

@DNIGabbard @AndrewBailey The search warrant is signed by magistrate judge Catherine Salinas.
I wonder what Thomas Albus, the US Attorney for @USAO_EDMO , showed Magistrate Salinas in order to obtain this search warrant?
12/n
@DNIGabbard @AndrewBailey @USAO_EDMO I mean, this search warrant is comprehensive.
13/n
@DNIGabbard @AndrewBailey @USAO_EDMO Plus.
14/n
@DNIGabbard @AndrewBailey @USAO_EDMO It's an extraordinary thing for the DNI to be on-site for something like this. Why was she there?
I think there are only a couple of possibilities.
1) It's a photo op. A stunt of some sort.
2) Because she wanted to personally be there as evidence was secured.
15/n
We can easily dismiss almost entirely option 1), as Tulsi didn't pose for pics, brief the press, put out a statement, or in any way overtly make her presence known to the public. The few images we have of her come off as photographers happening to spot her rather than her insisting upon being noticed.
16/n
So that leaves option 2), and if that is the case, then it would not be curiosity that brought her there—it would be confirmation.
The desire to confirm with her own eyes the intelligence she was coordinating between her office and other IC stakeholders. The need to see the expected evidence secured and engage with the team securing it.

Yeah so… it turns out that firing @GenFlynn was the right move.
A lot of mental gymnastics and a peppering of fantasy is needed in order to to see it any other way.
Many of us, including myself, have done these mental gymnastics and had fantastic understandings of and theories about Flynn in the years since. It’s been necessary to have them in order to explain away his bizarre appearances on various shows, his concerning associations with low integrity individuals, his foreign contacts, his nonsensical postings, and his absence from Trump’s orbit or admin.
Trump told Comey, according to the memos, that he had to do it. That Flynn mislead VP Pence and he couldn’t have that. Makes sense.
McCabe also mislead VP Pence regarding the Flynn-Kislyak calls, but that’s another story.
Jollah traveled to Sierre Leone in 2025 and attempted to join ISIL. There he connected with an ISIL facilitator and other individuals who were joining the group, but he eventually decided he wasn't ready to join.
He gave the facilitator a few hundred dollars and returned to the U.S.
Just before returning to the U.S., he came into contact with Abu Saad Sudani, a member of ISIL who was planning an attack in the U.S.
Jollah sent money to Sudani to support ISIL.
In March 2016, Sudani, who was actively plotting an attack in the U.S., put Jollah in contact with an individual stateside. Sudani was hoping the two could carry out the attack.
🧵There have been a few interesting developments recently in the case of DOW Contractor Perez-Lugones, who stole classified intel, and WaPo's Hannah Natanson who published excerpts of that intel.
I'm going to detail them in this thread and in a new video.

For background, here is my previous thread on this case.
AG Pam Bondi has empowered the US Attorney for Eastern Missouri, Thomas Albus, as a Special Prosecutor for DOJ under 28 USC 515 and directed him to conduct voter fraud probes in all 94 US Districts.
His first overt move was to convince a magistrate judge in Fulton County to authorize a search warrant for their 2020 election records. The FBI executed that search warrant last week under the supervision of FBI Deputy Director Andrew Bailey and DNI Tulsi Gabbard.
Why would the DNI be there? Well, according to the WSJ, she's been given a task: investigate foreign interference in recent elections—including 2020.
This means that components of both the DOJ and the ODNI are working on election fraud and foreign interference inquiries right now. Interesting!
🧵As we expected, or at least hoped for, Don Lemon and several others have been indicted for conspiring to and engaging in a disruption of a church service in St Paul, MN, back on January 18.
Clear violations of the clergy, staff, and parishioners 1A Rights and of the FACE Act
