I transformed my mum at the age of 58.

To the point that she looks better NOW than she did at 34.

NOT by plastic surgeries, botox, implants, peptides, or steroids.

But by fixing her health holistically and fixing the root cause of her issues.

Here is how she did it:🧵 Image
Image
Prior to starting, she was suffering from the typical modern day issues

-autoimmune disorders
-poor gut health
-sleep disordered breathing
-poor posture
-improper biomechanics

Though she looked great for her age, she was suffering internally.

This is what she did to heal: Image
DIET:

She switched from a mostly vegetarian diet to a more animal-based diet.

She now eats:
-fruit
-organs
-raw dairy
-starchy carbs
-a lot more saturated fat

This allowed her to rebuild her hormonal health and eventually, her autoimmune issues began to heal.

I fixed my Anterior Pelvic Tilt to gain over 3 inches of height.

After puberty and after my growth plates were closed.

Using the RSS method.

This is how YOU can do the same: 🧵 Image
Over 90% of you have some sort of a postural issue.

And the modern lifestyle is to blame for it.

You aren't just shorter, you're COMPRESSED.

To fix your pelvic tilt, you need to use the RSS method.

Release.

Stretch.

Strengthen. Image

RELEASE: ROLLING OUT THE ADHESIONS

Your fascia is the web of connective tissue holding you in that cooked position.

You CANNOT stretch a muscle if the fascia is glued down.

Protocol:
-Take a lacrosse or tennis ball.
-Roll it from your feet, up your calves, hamstrings, glutes, and spine for 10 minutes.
-Apply 75% force. It will be uncomfortable. That means it's working.Image

I spent 175 days fixing my facial asymmetry...

To prove it's not genetic.

Here's how YOU can do the same: 🧵 Image
Image
To fix the issue, first you need to understand the root causes of facial asymmetry.

They are:

-extremely tight myofascia
-misaligned sphenoid bone
-imbalanced facial muscles
-an asymmetrical palate (more developed on one side)

Everything else is BS.

Only solutions that focus on fixing these root causes fix your asymmetry.

And let me preface by saying that facial asymmetry is NOT natural - it is a consequence of poor habits.Image
THUMBPULLING:

Thumbpulling is the main recorrective technique for most facial issues as it:

-decompresses the myofascia
-mobilises the sutures
-catalyses proper tongue posture
-engages the correct muscles

Which makes the palate more "malleable" to growth.

It literally makes or breaks your physique and develops your craniofacial structure

Absolute no-brainer.

I grew my jaw forward by 35mm - completely naturally.

Not by surgeries, peptides, orthodontic appliances, implants, palatal expanders.

Or even puberty.

But by just fixing my mouth posture.

Here is how you can do the same: 🧵Image
STEP 1: TONGUE ON THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH

You might know this as "Mewing".

Despite all the brainrot surrounding this topic, it is the sole technique which drives forward and upward growth of the maxilla and jaw.

Your tongue - including the back third - should rest on your palate comfortably.

The tip of your tongue should rest on the incisive papilla (picture below). It should not be pushing on your front teeth.

If you find your molars to be touching the sides of the tongue while mewing, your palate is too narrow.
Continue resting as much of your tongue on your palate and overtime your palate will slowly expand.Image
STEP 2: LIPS SEALED

After your tongue is comfortably rested on your palate, your lips must now be sealed.

Your mouth should only open if you are
-speaking
-eating
-brushing your teeth

Eliminate mouth breathing completely. This is one of the biggest causes of a jaw recession. Image
