I fixed my Anterior Pelvic Tilt to gain over 3 inches of height.
After puberty and after my growth plates were closed.
Using the RSS method.
This is how YOU can do the same: 🧵
Over 90% of you have some sort of a postural issue.
And the modern lifestyle is to blame for it.
You aren't just shorter, you're COMPRESSED.
To fix your pelvic tilt, you need to use the RSS method.
Release.
Stretch.
Strengthen.
RELEASE: ROLLING OUT THE ADHESIONS
Your fascia is the web of connective tissue holding you in that cooked position.
You CANNOT stretch a muscle if the fascia is glued down.
Protocol:
-Take a lacrosse or tennis ball.
-Roll it from your feet, up your calves, hamstrings, glutes, and spine for 10 minutes.
-Apply 75% force. It will be uncomfortable. That means it's working.

I grew my jaw forward by 35mm - completely naturally.
Not by surgeries, peptides, orthodontic appliances, implants, palatal expanders.
Or even puberty.
But by just fixing my mouth posture.
Here is how you can do the same: 🧵
STEP 1: TONGUE ON THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH
You might know this as "Mewing".
Despite all the brainrot surrounding this topic, it is the sole technique which drives forward and upward growth of the maxilla and jaw.
Your tongue - including the back third - should rest on your palate comfortably.
The tip of your tongue should rest on the incisive papilla (picture below). It should not be pushing on your front teeth.
If you find your molars to be touching the sides of the tongue while mewing, your palate is too narrow.
Continue resting as much of your tongue on your palate and overtime your palate will slowly expand.
STEP 2: LIPS SEALED
After your tongue is comfortably rested on your palate, your lips must now be sealed.
Your mouth should only open if you are
-speaking
-eating
-brushing your teeth
Eliminate mouth breathing completely. This is one of the biggest causes of a jaw recession.
