3) Come 2011, the regime-change war policy shifted to drives to overthrow the Libyan and Syrian governments. In Libya, a brazen deception, involving claims of "humanitarian crisis", was used to trigger NATO military intervention. The country was destroyed and remains unstable to this day.Image
