🧵A well known Gaza Sheikh, Nael Bin Ghazi Misran, was killed in an airstrike on his tent in Mawasi humanitarian zone May 28, 2025. A Telegram “martyrs” channel just revealed he was a Qassam fighter. On 10/7 he praised the Hamas attack. THIRD “Sheikh” exposed as a combatant. 1/ Image
Nael Bin Ghazi Misran (ID 905458113 Age 45) had a YouTube channel filled with sermons and an active X account. His posts are filled with praise for Qassam fighters, lauds Sinwar, death to "Zionist entity" etc. He posted 25 minutes after 10/7 was launched. 2/ Image
In one post he reacted to Marco Rubio placing Ashes on his head on Ash Wednesday March 5, 2025 as a holy war, framed it as Gaza fighting a “battle of the Quran against the Cross.” 3/
Nael was lauded on other social media channels as combatant. For example, this Facebook post lauds him as a fighter and mujahideen and that the “Jihad arena will miss you.” This was posted on the day of his death May 28, 2025. 4/ Image

🧵Global media reported an IDF strike on “displaced people” at Yemen al-Saeed Hospital in Gaza on Oct. 9, 2024. Israel said it hit a key terrorist command post. Who was telling the truth? Israel. PIJ just admitted commander Mohammed Bahader was killed in the strike. Sources: 1/ Image
This strike was one of those sensationalized strikes where the local “civil defense”—otherwise known as Hamas— told the media that Israel struck innocent displaced people on hospital grounds for no reason. NBC covered it as did other outlets. Israel was not believed at all. 2/ Image
Israel refuted Hamas and "media mouthpieces" and identified the names of 12 terrorists killed—including PIJ commander Muhammad Ibrahim Ali Bahader. That now makes the IDF’s claims about the other 11 FAR more credible. They will ALL be proven soon. 3/

Hamas has released daily video tributes of its lost combatants, mostly commanders. Embedded in the video are names & images of other combatants killed. In the video for Fayez Yousef Fayez Ziada they reveal Khaled al-Namrouti (ID 400765087 age 29) was also a fighter (at 4:49). 2/
Social media posts remember Sami al-Afash (ID 422617878, age 18) as a mujahideen, other posts as a hero martyr. In case there is any doubt, this wording is only reserved for fighters. 3/ Image

The nonprofit was formed by Elisa von Joeden-Forgey in 2021, granted nonprofit status in 2023. She has a PhD in History, former Chair in Holocaust & Genocide Studies at Keene State College. There are no other genocide scholars. In its latest detailed report it raised $10,300. 2/ Image
Joeden-Fogey admitted that she did not contact any Lemkin family member when starting the group in 2021. Family members specifically say the name is being used “contradictory to what we believe Rafael stood for… it really disparages the name.” 3/ Image
