BREAKING: Footage from outside Jeffrey #Epstein's MCC cell during his July suicide attempt has been permanently deleted because the facility's staffers accidentally preserved video from outside a the WRONG cell, per prosecutors.
This comes after AUSA Swergold told a judge in December they couldn't find the footage -- and then corrected himself the very next day, saying it had been preserved.
The filing claims this happened because the MCC system had Epstein's onetime cellmate listed as residing in a different cell, so they preserved the footage from outside THAT cell, as opposed to the one being shared by Epstein and Nicholas Tartaglione.

BREAKING: @rkelly is accused in newly unsealed BK fed docs of sexually exploiting at least 5 young women and girls. The filing claims the criminal enterprise ran 1999-present, with the express purpose of using his music to draw in and entrap girls
He's also accused of kidnapping and Mann Act violations, meaning he transported an individual and coerced and enticed them for sex. The documents also state some of the victims were required to perform forced labor.

We have a jury! Eight men and four women have been selected to sit on the trial of #Nxivm leader Keith Raniere. The panel will remain anonymous, and will be escorted from the courthouse today by the U.S. Marshals Service. Opening arguments expected tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.
The jury skews older, appearing to be in their late 20s to mid 60s. Men are mostly minorities, whereas three of the four women are white.
From what we gleaned during voir dire, those impaneled work in a high school, a hospital, a private bank, and HR.

BREAKING: Seagrams heiress Clare Bronfman faints in court after judge seems to suggest that Michael Avenatti was secretly representing her, trying to negotiate deal with US attorney’s office in NXIVM case. An ambulance has been called.
Bronfman has been wheeled on a stretcher by paramedics and...into a conference room.
Bronfman remains in a conference room after being treated by paramedics. She’s conscious.
