My day in near death experiences. A thread.

I wake up and ambitiously put on yoga leggings but drop a fresh cup of boiling tea on my foot

Running my foot under the kitchen tap I click my hip out confirming both that I should, and am not, going to go to yoga

Something about my non yogi body hoping around the flat causes this sexy light fitting to crash from the sky

Leaving this sexy exposed live wire

I don my comfiest slippers over my blistering foot and head to the shops

En route a man violently reverses his car up on to the pavement blocking my path

Is he going to kill me?

He asks for my number

Is he going to kill me later?

I decline and make it to the shops.

Buy myself a (ceiling) rose 🌹 #HappyValentinesDay

Make it home and do some fiddling

Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god OH MY GOD. I fell asleep on the sofa. And just woke up. BECAUSE A. FUCKING. FOX JUMPED UP ON ME. A FOX.

So I woke up, aware there was a cat on me, which is unusual because I don’t have a cat, but has happened before, and I reach out to cuddle it and it jumps down beside me and is a Fox.

So I follow him into the kitchen and he just stares me down in the doorway for ages. And I lock him out. But he must have been in and out for ages before settling on me because in the morning all my shoes were in the garden
