1/n 看了 #Bitmex 老板对灰度 FUD 事件的分析，来跟大家捋捋：首先，#灰度 的 #GBTC 是个类ETF的产品，但是会伴随一个可以在粉单市场交易的债券（信用增发,且可通过券商直接介入传统投资人流动性） 2/n GBTC 份额难以退出，只能通过在二级市场卖出GBTC完成（单向流动性，且二级承压）四. 灰度按照资管常规，收取2%的管理费，也就是说每个月不论大饼涨多高，计提一次AUMx2%➗12的管理费收入。而一个ETF收0.0945%（吸血印钱）
