The #U4U #unitingforukraine program is riddled with administrative issues. We navigated the process to the border relatively smoothly (considering @USCIS is generally opaque). However, at the border @CBP had not yet been informed as to the process. The @JoeBiden announcement and @DHSgov have clearly indicated that this is a #humanitarianparole program for #Ukrainian citizens. However, at the border, @CBP claimed internal guidence said @B2 travel visa OR Humanitarian Parole.
