In Rio de Janeiro, last Sunday, soldiers at a roadblock killed musician Evaldo Rosa, firing 80+ bullets at the car he was in with his family.
IMO, the main question is: why were soldiers there in the first place? More details and amateur #OSINT below 1/9 theguardian.com/world/2019/apr…
It's a fundamental question: as that roadblock is part of Army's core activities, the soldiers who killed Evaldo will be judged by military justice, rather than standard ('civilian'). And military justice can be less transparent & more lenient 2/9 oglobo.globo.com/rio/militares-…
