Not even halfway out of the jungle 🤣

#TrailRunning Hot weather, high humidity under the trees, lost so much fluids.
Sodium ✅ (my sweat still taste salty)
Glucose ✅ (i still have some dates with me)
Water 🚫 (only 100-200ml) i have to restrict my intake
