There’s an aspect of the housing market that isn’t being discussed: The lack of new construction availability.

A thread: You’ve probably read housing market horror stories of buyers offering hundreds of thousands or even one MILLION dollars over asking price, offering to waive inspections, and STILL have their offer declined.

I haven’t seen commercials in years due to Netflix/Hulu but now that @PoliticalShort and I watch sports I have some thoughts on current ads.

This is a thread about the current commercials I HATE: First and foremost, this Nissan Murano ad. It’s for “the modern boss” but what is the ad saying? That the modern boss ignores all her employees all day to the point they chase her down the road and she continues ignoring them? Are they helpless w/out her?

Throughout all of #Russiagate, conservative media were the ones getting the story right.

Taibbi still goes out of his way to trash Republicans. Literally every other example of bad press is GOP taibbi.substack.com/p/russiagate-i… Also, this piece needs a copy editor, bad.

I’M DONE. Up til now I’ve just been retweeting criticism and trying to correct misleading tweets.

But I’m sick of the way these kids are being treated. Nathan Phillips is an adult who is smearing teenagers: dailywire.com/news/42563/now… NOW he says he wants to meet with the kids to promote “tolerance,” after he spent the last four days smearing them as “beasts” and a “Lynch mob” and saying the Black Israelites said some things that were “true."
