We have lived under the illusion that BiH was not a colony, that it was an independent, sovereign state. But Dayton's structure, with its guarantor powers, was put in place exactly to institutionalise BiH's babysitters - to make sure that Bosnians (especially Bosniaks) "behave". This is so painful and disgusting that I'm usually lost for words when discussing it with Bosnian friends. I feel ashamed of how the "International community" has treated them, from 1992 until today. Islamophobia is the root cause of this vision. And Islamophobia is here to stay.

Sorry to "bring this up", but there's a sickening difference in Europe's treatment of Ukraine & Bosnia. In 2022, the Ukrainian song wins Eurovision. But in 1993, one year into the Bosnian war & the siege of Sarajevo, the Bosnian song finished 16. So much for "European solidarity" The song, called 'All the world's pain', read like this:

"I can send you this song
So that you know that I'm alive, [my] love

All the world's pain is in Bosnia tonight

I stay [here] to defy the agony

And I'm not afraid to stand in front of the wall"

Os distéis cuenta de que ayer en #Eurovision no se conectó con ciertos países, ¿verdad? Pues hay polémica. Rumanía dice que se alteraron sus resultados y no se les permitió dar los verdaderos. Ojo que si la EBU accede a evaluar irregularidades, podríamos subir a segunda posición. El lío viene porque hay enfado en Moldavia y Rumanía con que el jurado rumano no diera puntos, se supone, a Moldavia. Su canción aboga por la reunificación entre ambos países, tema sensible. Rumanía dice que sus 12 puntos eran para Moldavia, pero que la EBU se los dio a Ucrania.

Habla Abascal. Su discurso está bien estructurado, tiene garra, conecta con sus votantes y le arropa un marketing político extraordinario. Vox habla y mucha gente escucha. Y quien diga lo contrario, o miente a sabiendas o decide taparse los ojos mientras se acerca al precipicio. Mirad si sabe Abascal lo que hace que, lejos de arremeter contra las plataformas provinciales, recoge el guante y dice que hará suyas las demandas y las llevará a la negociación aunque estas plataformas no sean decisivas. Ojo a la visión a largo plazo. Ni media broma con esto.

Es desgarrador conocer más y más casos de menores tuteladas que están siendo esclavizadas. Se intentaron tapar los primeros casos para no manchar al ejecutivo autonómico de turno, pero esto ya es insoportable. Es un problema de toda España y por tanto el Gobierno debe intervenir. Pretender echar balones fuera es repugnante. Hablamos de niñas que son abusadas sexualmente por proxenetas e indeseables de manera continua, sin que nadie haga nada y sin que el Gobierno intervenga al máximo nivel. Pero ya está bien. ¿Cómo es posible tal agresión a la infancia?
