#immunology #microscopy Initially, we aimed to study modulators of CTL serial killing capacity. But live-cell imaging of various mouse and human model systems, incl. OT1 CTL targeting OVA-expressing cancer cells surprisingly showed, that CTL are pretty bad killers and most contacts were non-lethal. 2/
