Here’s a spending strategy that can help you scale during high competition times like Black Friday:

- Use top ads + targeting
- Use stupid high budgets
- Very low bids
- Accelerated spending
- Auto rules at ad set and ad level (turn off low performers daily, reset next day)

⬇️ The campaign shouldn’t start spending after launch.

Gradually increase bids every hour or two until you start spending.

Goal is to beat out competition early/at low cost,then let retargeting campaigns drive purchases if they didn’t already convert in prospecting.

How to retarget your email lists/segments with Facebook ads:

Import your list/segment by creating a new audience via manual upload (use FB template to properly import) or integrate with your email/crm platform using integration.

Can also use zapier if list in in sheet.

⬇️ Now that you have an audience created off your list/segment, use that as your target audience when building out a new conversion focused campaign.

Can also use your list/segments as a source for creating lookalike audiences to use in prospecting efforts.

When looking at ad performance, don’t just look at the ad as a whole.

Break it down and see what creatives, main texts, headlines, descriptions, CTAs, and landing pages are working the best.

Automate these reports and keep building on the learnings.

#metaads You can automate reporting in Facebook ads reporting for free. I personally think it’s trash but ok if you want general performance.

I personally use Google Data Studio and pull in FB performance using a GDS data connector like Supermetrics (my fave) or Funnel.
