They've been able to do some mop up in there today & get more lines in around Foresthill. They were able to get into Branch 20 (Volcanoville) to do some mopup around structures, looking to get some line in there.

#ForwardFire in Tehama Co east of #Manton, near Ponderosa Way & Forward Rd: 2-3 acres in timber w/ moderate rate of spread, 2 additional large air tankers requested. Spot fire now visible on cameras too. share.watchduty.org/incident/1311 #ForwardFire (#Manton, Tehama Co) - Significant increase in smoke seen on cameras, however no updated report on conditions heard recently. The cam from the first tweet has been down for a good 30+ mins.

(Mosquito) - You may have seen this in the @watchdutyapp. This was my error & mine only. I lapsed in concentration while editing/creating the map on the Google My Maps platform & the perimeter was not where it was supposed to be. I sincerely apologize for that. We've been looking for ways to provide maps in a simple format that people can view & scroll, without having to view older perimeters of the same fire. This appeared to be a good solution but is currently being reviewed for better processes & to ensure it doesn't happen again.

#FairviewFire (S/O #ValleVista, Riverside Co) - Significant push to the west now w/ multiple spot fires across west side of Fairview Ave from the origin to Fairview Ave @ Bautista Canyon Rd. Resources in there trying to catch spots. #FairviewFire (S/O #ValleVista, Riverside Co) - They've managed to pick up the spot fires for now, resources maneuvering for structure defense too. There will be night copters assigned tonight per radio traffic.

#ForkFire in #NorthFork, Madera Co: 50 acres w/ potential for 200 acres, fire has jumped the North Fork Willow Creek, AA430 requesting 4 additional tankers closest any type. #McKinneyFire (Klamath NF, Siskiyou Co) - From the community meeting: completed dozer line around Yreka. They have a dozer line up on the hill along the ridge system & a secondary line closer to town. Received precipitation throughout the day on the eastern side. #McKinneyFire - Crews are also directly on the fires edge closest to Yreka building a combo of hand line + dozer line, have good line around Humbug Creek & working from there to the west. Working in Baldy Cap, copters in there now, mixed conditions due to smoke & weather.

#PebbleFire in eastern Fresno Co is 30 acres w/ moderate ROS, 3 structures involved & several civilian burn injuries, requiring an air ambulance. Has been ongoing for about an hour now. There was two burned civilians & both air ambulances got cancelled - 1 ground ambulance was able to handle & transport both. Not hearing much - stuck listening to a very long weather readout..

New fire approx 10 miles W/SW of Fort Jones in Siskiyou Co being called the #ShacklefordFire. #MesaFire 4-5 miles east of #Bodfish in Kern Co, along Erskine Creek Rd @ Willow Gulch. KCFD BC7 reporting 30-40 acres w/ moderate rate of spread & likely to be federal/BLM land. #OakFire (#Midpines, Mariposa Co) - From the community meeting: 15,603 acres, 0% contained. Day 1: within 3-4 hours it had moved from Hwy 140/Carstens to Carter Rd & Triangle Rd. Couldn't attack w/ resources on hand, had to protect a large number of structures instead. #OakFire (#Midpines, Mariposa Co) - Reiterated their good progress made on the western side along Hwy 140, having direct line in from the origin, down 140 & around the S/W edge to Triangle Rd. They're also feeling much more confident about the south side of the fire as a whole.

#WheelerFire in #Coulterville, northern Mariposa Co: AA440 reporting 2 acres in grass & oak woodland w/ slow-moderate rate of spread, potential for 50 acres, requesting T82 & T83 be sent to this off the Oak fire. Hwy 49 north of Oak Ridge Rd. #WheelerFire (#Coulterville, Mariposa Co) - Tankers 82, 83, 79 & 80 all assigned to the fire now for a total of 4, plus a couple of copters being sent from the Oak incident. Law enforcement saying it's 5 acres or so now.

From that: FF's are focusing their efforts along Jerseydale Rd on the east side of fire, the fire made a substantial run & jumped the road yesterday, was heading up to Footman Ridge last night. #OakFire (#Midpines, Mariposa Co) - Had heavy air tankers in there last night near Jerseydale & are continuing that today. They're reinforcing the Mariposa Pines community where fire is a 1/2 mile away @ that time an hour ago, have a good plan to protect that community today.

#OakFire in #Midpines, Mariposa Co @ Hwy 140 & Carstens Rd. Haven't heard a report on conditions yet but AA440 requesting a total of 6 tankers, 2 of those to be large air tankers. Large column visible on cameras. #OakFire (#Midpines, Mariposa Co) - AA440 reporting 10-15 acres moving up slope towards structures, making a hard run, potential for an extended incident. IC requesting 4 type 3 engine strike teams (20 engines), 4 dozer strike teams (8 dozers), 8 handcrew strike teams (16 crews).

#WashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - From the community conference: the line around the Mariposa Grove & out to Hwy 41 is holding very well, still mopping up. 16 small spot fires were across Hwy 41 in the past few days & those are all contained & being mopped up. #WashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - The Hwy 41 road system to Stud Horse Trail is looking very well. All of the sport fires to the north of the river are contained. There is less & less heat every day along the S-F-M-R on the western end of the fire.

#PeterFire near #Anderson in Shasta Co: 10 acres w/ moderate rate of spread & multiple spots out in front, 5 addl engines + 3 water tenders requested, was reported as a structure fire into veg. Peter Pan Gulch Rd & Olinda Rd. #PeterFire (#Anderson, Shasta Co) - IC reporting 1 structure fully involved & on the ground along w/ 20-30 acres of grass & oak woodland, requested 4 addl handcrews & 2 addl dozers.

#HermanFire in the #Benicia area of Solano Co: 3rd alarm + CAL FIRE response including aircraft + 3 addl type 3 engines on order. The fire has jumped Lake Herman Rd. No residences threatened. #WashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - Last mapped at 3,516 acres by FIRIS - on map below, remains 22% contained. Not too much happening right now, a couple of copters are up over by Raymond Mountain. The spots across the river & Hwy 41 showed no more heat. The ridge east of Wawona Point continues to hold w/ all activity to the north.

#WashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - From the community meeting: the fire is not moving very quick, it is however burning very intensely due to the fuels. Fire has flanked along Hwy 41 & the spot fires across Hwy 41 have all been picked up & were small in nature. #WashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - They have got hand/dozer line in along the Wawaona/Stud Horse Trail system down to the South Fork of the Merced River, no spots across it. They have some dozer line around the Wawona community along w/ sprinklers, hose & engines if the fire advances.

Just now looking to get HelCo back to the fire to assess whether copters can resume work (no copters or tankers due to visibility right now).
