PIDB member Ezra Cohen says more trained experts should be involved with handling records at the end of a presidential administration but that Congress has decreased funding at the National Archives and specifically for those who are responsible for handling classified records.

UPDATE: A U.S. official tells CBS News the suspected Chinese spy balloon is now over "the middle of the country."
