It’s local election week 🗳️

One thing we can be sure of is that turn out on Thursday will be 📉. Why? Because the process of local democracy is not something many people get excited by.

BUT…

They DO care about the outcomes that "the council" actually deliver for them.

The national funding picture makes it hard for councils to deliver unequivocally positive outcomes for communities, a lack of outcomes means a disengaged local electorate who demand less & less from (& crucially *for*) their council. Image
