Here's some things I've tried to instill on my eldest & will do the same with my younger two
1 - the different between using & abusing substances
2 - Being aware that you don't actually know what you're taking if it's illicit
3 - KNOW YOUR LIMITS
4 - Research & ask questions 1/
5 - Don't hide what you've done
6 - Understand the consequences of your behaviour on you AND others
7 - Always try to make sure that you are the person in the group that is sober enough to be able to look after someone who isn't if things go wrong

'We should just remain, the way it was seems to be working for everyone, well, those that matter anyway, so just remain'
A Leave voter on 5 Live just now. I think that aside says everything. Ppl feel broken & defeated, irrelevant. That's what worries me more than the outcome.
This whole thing is so deeply depressing. Since the referendum, a binary question on a complex matter, asked of the public by the government everyone who voted Leave has been told they were wrong. Not just wrong but stupid & undeserving of a vote. 2/

Did the Telegraph actually do ANY research on this 'experts & death threats from vapers' thing? Did they genuinely just take these guys at their word cos they are 'experts' without looking at what happened? I can't bring myself to read it, it's horrible...
..it really wouldn't have taken much to find out what McKee, Chapman etc have done, how they've behaved. Is FPH suspending Ashton over his behaviour a secret? What about the #MeToo protests over Stanton Glantz? These are not good men!..
