1/ Sexual assault/harassment is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with dispassionately. The issues need to be identified, solutions formulated & a process put in place to achieve those ends.

2/ The fact is, sexual assault is already illegal. There is no magic wand the PM can wave which will stop it occurring in the community. And while the majority of victims are women, the majority of men are not offenders - almost all men find this behaviour abhorrent.
