3 years of a big decision of my life...and 1 year of @interoclinics !! 23 February is a reflective day of the year for me...I was overwhelmed how everything you managed to hold back for so long and a simple date can trigger so many emotions associated with it...(1/n) What is the difference between a choice and decision? Are they same? It's based on determinism and freedom.. Determinism is a concept that everything is predetermined, we can't really choose anything. South Goa colva beach beautiful white sands and very clean! Was fascinated by the shells this time, how a life survives in a shell! Waves literally talk to you! I can still hear those waves! At the worst lows of my life, when I had no clue where life was taking me, uncertainty around me, darkness I can still touch and feel, lost .. emotionally exhausted and numb. That empty evening, I just got out the yoga mat, spread it on the floor..next 40 minutes I just streched. After that for the first time in months I felt myself..as if I knew this version of me. Sleepless nights followed by waking up early just to feel myself on the mat. Numerous times I have cried on the mat, surrendered bowed to the universe.

Thread on what not to say to a widow/Be strong for your child is another one..she is your responsibility now.Yes ofcourse.. One thing I realised is that people are so so insensitive when it comes to grief, people talked about their medical issues, when they came to attend rituals Just because Iam a Doctor.Losing a loved one is hard enough, takes lifetime to heal and people ask how it happened instead of offering condolences. They expect you to answer?? Really? If you don't answer they get offended.

After an entire week tirelessly working on ground and still following up with non-stop calls..I am trying to do few things to stay sane. 220 covid patients under our care.. overwhelming challenges #medtwitter Here is something I am trying to do. Exercise everyday with due precautions: walk/ yoga atleast 30 minutes a day.
Remain calm: it's a tough time for everyone.. reminding myself constantly that staying calm and working smart are only ways.
