So let me see.....
In Manipur close to 100 people have lost their lives, another 300 are seriously injured.
37,450 people are in relief camps.
And these are just the official figures. But nothing is wrong in Manipur.

In Nashik 2 Muslim guys were lynched to death by self proclaimed "Gaurakshaks" linked to Bajrang Dal. But minorities in India are extremely safe.

Do you really think that the violence meted out against the minorities are by design?
(1/n)
Do you really think that people from different communities who have peacefully coexisted for years are suddenly finding reasons to hate each other???
Do you really think that suddenly someone discovers a new found love for Aurangazeb?

Savarkar and Me:
"Nhe majhshi nhe parat matrubhumi la".....
When I was a kid, my Appa (maternal grandfather) used to take me to the seashore and hum this song. I used to hum it with him, feeling a sense of pride swell up inside me. (1/n)
My Appa was a RSS Karyakarta in his youth, fiercely patriotic, extremely disciplined but at the same time could love Morarji Desai and Jawaharlal Nehru without differentiating.

So I just saw the trailer of Savarkar movie and here is a fun part....
In the narrative we hear Savarkar saying, "Gandhi Ji was not bad, but if he had not stuck to his non violence ideology, we would have got freedom 35 years before"
But wait a minute......
(1/n)
India got it's freedom in 1947
35 years before that would have been 1912
Gandhi Ji came to India, from South Africa, in 1915
He launched his first Satyagraha in India in 1917.
So 35 years before 1947, Gandhi was not even in India, nor was his non violence ideology

These 10,000 RSS affiliated people then started passing on information to these women.

Modi's speech about the repeal of Farm Laws was one of the craftiest worded speech I have ever heard, in which...
(1/n)
- He stressed on how the Farm Laws were for the benefit for the farmers, when they actually weren't

So, Modi has declared that the Govt will be taking back all the 3 Farm Laws in the upcoming session of the Parliament.
He says he has arrived at this decision because he was unable to convince some of the farmers of the benefits of the #FarmLaws.
(1/n)
The fact is that Modi FAILED in pushing the Farmers into a corner
- He tried to push them back for one full year but they didn't buckle down.
- More than 700 farmers died but they didn't give up

Vir Das has touched beautifully upon the two Indias that we have, but there is a third India that he missed out on.
(1/n)
The third India which toils daily to get their meals and goes to bed on a pavement dreaming of waking up in an Antilia someday only to be mowed down by a privileged drunk.

Bholu Bhakt: NRC will not affect Indian Muslims. All disenfranchised Muslims can apply for citizenship under the Citizenship act and become citizens by process of naturalization.
Me: So can all Hindus. They can do the same. So why the need of CAA, scrap it. (1/4)
Bholu Bhakt: CAA is to help minorities which are persecuted in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. They deserve special treatment because they have been harassed.
Me: So why exclude persecuted minorities like Ahmedis, Baha'is, Bihari Muslims, Sufis, Hazaras,Atheists? (2/4)
