A thread. Hundreds, if not thousands, of designers, are doing our damnedest making games we’re proud of and know people want. It’s not an easy road. And frankly, I’ve thought about quitting. How does a small company like mine compete with the big ones? No really, I’m asking. How? Some folks are under the misconception that Darker Hue Studios is large-ish. Or at least bigger than one guy in an office with a computer. While Harlem Unbound, our 1st book, was well-received, DHS is me, supported occasionally by a few, scrappy, dedicated creatives. That’s it.
