Khadija Harir Ayesha Durru Shehvar Sultan was the Princess of Berar, an Ottoman princess, only daughter of Abdulmejid II, the last heir apparent to the Ottoman Imperial throne and the last Caliph of the Ottoman Caliphate and daughter-in-law to Nizam Osman Ali Khan. Durru Shehvar married Prince Azam Jah, elder son of Nizam VII Mir Osman Ali Khan.
Upon her arrival in Hyderabad after her marriage in 1931, the princess actively advocated for girl's education and women's rights.
