I witnessed a close female friend abuse her husband.I also was in an abusive relationship with a man years later.There is no difference.DV isn't about gender.There r 2 roles and either gender can fill them. (2/6)An abuser is a person who lacks self control and has the ability to inflict verbal, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse on another person without remorse. It does not mean their attacks are premeditated, or that they are incapable or unworthy of love. It's mental illness.
