This is a dismissive response to fair criticism FRM @elderofziyon. We found @bellingcat's investigation into the death of Abu Akleh to be biased & inaccurate. @AP, @CNN & @washingtonpost reports are merely a regurgitated version of same, no new open-sourced evidence is introduced Besides, eye-witnesses testimony was found to be inconsistent and unsubstantiated. We are extremely disappointed to see this comment from @elliothiggins.

You also appear to be rating the majority of the civilian casualty reports as fairly accurate on same platform. Airwars' interactive map project detailing the "civilian casualties" in Gaza was nominated for @amnesty media awards 2022. Airwars is based at Goldsmiths, University of London @GoldsmithsUoL. A new video showing the moments before AJ journalist Shireen Abu Akleh was fatally shot miraculously emerged. We reviewed this footage; essentially, it is just more of the same already known information.

Only a ballistics report can help establish who fired the shot that killed her. Strangely, the Palestinian Authority is withholding such report. Key point remain the same:

- there is no evidence to support the absurd allegation that Abu Akleh was deliberately targeted by the IDF

The study's findings are suggestive, partial, and based on unreliable partisan witnesses. We feel that Giancarlo Fiorella @gianfiorella was working toward the goal of finding fault with Israel. However, the evidence material is inconclusive and the truth is not clear yet.

Certain bad faith foreign media outlets in Israel were promoting a partial edited video footage that is purporting to show an Israeli assaulting a "Palestinian" journalist. A review of the video and audio recordings makes it clear that it is another case of misleading propaganda. The incident took place last week at the entrance to Shamir Medical Center (formerly Asaf Harofeh Hospital) during a protest against the Israeli government's dealings with administrative detainee Hisham Abu Hawash.

Apparently the story that Jerusalem's Jaffa Gate clock mechanism ended up in the British Museum might be true but the claim that it was stolen and runs Big Ben's clock is bogus. This and similar claims are not recent, here is a link to a Facebook post from November 2013 claiming that the mechanism from the stolen "Palestinian Jaffa Gate clock" was used for Big Ben.

This thread by @Peston is a distortion of the truth. The El-Kurd family and other Palestinian families in Shimon HaTzadik neighborhood (Sheikh Jarrah) face evictions because they refused to pay rent to the Jewish owners of the properties they live in. It is a private property dispute. Implying otherwise and politicising this matter plays in to the hands of militants and terror groups.

International Union of Virtual Media (IUVM), an Iranian political influence & disinformation operation, is linked to Seraj Cyberspace Organization, one of IRGC's media cartels.

Last Thursday the JC published an exclusive on Iran’s shadowy propaganda network. We looked into this. WHOIS records show that the iuvm[.]net, iuvm[.]org and iuvm[.]info domain were registered on 16 June 2013. A search against saved pages on the Internet Archive Website show that IUVM was initially launched as a "discussion" forum for members.

This should have been the headline but no, @evanhill produced a video that has the hallmark of investigation bias. We watched the video and it feels as if the investigation team was working towards a predefined outcome that Israel's actions "could be a war-crime".

This video was edited and manipulated to appear to be showing Israeli soldiers using a child as a human shield. We located a longer version of the video. In reality quite the opposite took place, let us present the facts. This incident took place on 23 December 2016 during the weekly demonstration in Kafr Qaddum where Arabs march towards a Jewish settlement, riot, burn tires and throw rocks at soldiers.

We were alerted to antisemitic tweets that have been made in 2014 by Twitter account @sarahjoe93 allegedly owned by Mia Khalifa. We decided to investigate and we can say with certainty that we can link @sarahjoe93 to Mia Khalifa who is now tweeting from @miakhalifa A thread on online #OSINT investigation

Sarah Joe appears to be Mia Khalifa's birth name and 93 refers to the year she was born in.

WHOIS records show that the Website miakhalifa[.]com was registered to a Sarah Obrien.

As we showed you, the current video circulating which falsely attempts to show Bassam al-Kiswani, 11, being arrested by Israeli police is disinformation. But it gets worse. This child appears in a video footage that advocates for terrorist acts. This video is of Bassam. It was found on his mother's Facebook. He is seen in a child’s bedroom & he was apparently being coached to draw a knife from his trousers & make stabbing motions. The song for the video appear to show support for terrorism & “sacrificing my soul & blood”

@nytimes Saber Ibrahim Suleiman, an al-Qassam Brigades commander in Jabalia, was killed in an @IDF airstrike. His son Mohammad Suleiman who appears in your "They were only children" photo essay was killed along with him in the attack.

Allow us to show you something We also discovered Facebook posts / photos showing Mohammad Suleiman in combat uniform and holding weapons.

We wonder whether @nytimes (and @DCIPalestine) were aware of this before going to print as the information was posted to Twitter on 11 May 2021.
