Patients have been asking about the new #COVID19 #antivirals.

I looked into the effectiveness of two well-publicised 'game changer' anti-virals, #Paxlovid and #Lagrevio ImageImage On the Pfizer medication which has widespread coverage in the media - #Paxlovid - well it is unpublished, though the FDA issued an emergency approval. Pfizer website has minimal info.

But is looks like- for HIGH RISK patients only- it reduces the risk
