Has #JonGruden engaged in racist, homophobic, and sexist, misogynistic behavior? Yes! Over multiple years? Yes! Should he be held accountable for his behavior? Absolutely! Should he make restitution to the people he affected? For sure! Remember, #JonGruden is the result of a societal system that condones that kind of behavior. I feel that it is disingenuous in many instances to blame the individual person without also holding the system culpable. But that is likely what the #NFL and other organizations will do.
