Okay @LinkedInHelp need you to spread the word to your tech team. This is big and a candidate brought it to my attenion...if someone is laid-off due to COVID-19 and puts their employment dates on their as let's say (feb '18- apr '20) vs (feb '18-present) they won't... show up in a recruiter's search! Because most #sourcers and #recruiters will look at current 'title' (You used to have it listed as current title, but now it's just title) SO...they now move to like page 16 of someone' search...
