I wrote to my MP last week about the exclusion of trans people in the conversion therapy ban. This is what I said:

I have seen the news about the government choosing not to ban gay conversion therapy but then I saw another report saying they are going to.

⬇️ No matter what your government chooses to do, conversion therapy needs to be banned for all LGBTQ+ people, not just gay people. Your government hasn’t chosen to strive to ban transgender conversion therapy and on the day of writing (31st March) it’s Trans Visibility Day and
