Quick tips on how to practise covering and recovering 👇

1️⃣ Recovery runs

🔑 Include recovery runs appropriately in your training sessions
⚽ Try to include the ball as much as possible
🧠 Players must think about where they are in relation to their teammates and the opposition 2️⃣ Include incentives

Give the defenders an incentive for winning the ball

Think:
➡️ Did they show great technique during their covering run?
➡️ How was their body position during the recovery?
➡️ Did they consistently scan to see the position of their teammates and opponents?
