Die geplante Intel-Förderung war Teil des #EUChipsAct, mithin Umsetzung einer Initiative, die von Seiten der EU kam (wenngleich für Säule 2, also die Förderung von Kapazitäten, tatsächlich nur nationale Mittel eingesetzt wurden bzw. werden)

Basically, they could have used also the study by @snv_berlin / @JPKleinhans on that, but anyway, it is quite well analysed. 2/x
