Dictator Parvez Musharraf’s former military secretary, Gen Shafaat @INFANTRY28 , conceded to Fact Focus that the London property belonging to Indian businessman Akbar Asif was transferred to his wife’s name in 2007 while he held the position of corps commander in Lahore. He admitted that he paid only half of the property’s value for this transfer.Gen Shafaat provides no evidence of having paid even half of the value of the London property. and no such evidence exists.
