It has been a busy end to 2021 for #affordablehousing in #NewJersey. A few examples of recent developments: In #Hanover, ground broke on the first phase of a project that will produce 140 homes for very-low-, low-, and moderate-income families (all 2- and 3-bedrooms) and 32 supportive homes for those with special needs.
