99 people unaccounted for from the Surfside building collapse.

Family members says Marina has been living in the building for about 20 years, hoping she is in one of the hospitals.

Over 80 Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews at a partial building collapse in Surfside this morning... no word yet on any injuries or fatalities if any.

We will be on @cbsmiami starting at 4:30am with live reports from the scene. We do know that responding crews include technical rescue teams... they are specially trained in treating and removing victims trapped in spaces like this. @cbsmiami
